K1 Series Ceramic Heating Block Kit offers enhanced heating efficiency and uniformity with its 360-degree surround ceramic heater, ensuring faster heat transfer. Its split design dissipates heat effectively, featuring a red copper heat sink to improve cooling efficiency. With an enlarged nozzle chamber, it achieves a maximum flow rate of up to 32 mm cube/s, supporting high-speed printing at 600mm/s. The nozzle and heat break boast an all-metal integrated design, enabling easy disassembly and replacement. The heat break, crafted from titanium alloy, minimizes heat conduction, while the nozzle, made of copper alloy and hardened steel, accommodates various filaments. Precisely fit joints prevent filament leakage during printing, while inner hole roughness Ra < 0.4 ensures smooth filament feeding. Eliminating burrs at the opening ensures stable printing with reduced clogging.
